Seattle Seahawk, Obum Gwacham, stopped by the Shapify booth at Washington Square mall for some fun and fitness inspiration. Gwacham does a mixture of core activation, weight lifting and running. Below we have listed a few of this go-to work outs.
- Planks for 60 seconds
- Leg bridges 3 sets of 25
- Squats 4 sets of 5
- Bench press 4 sets of 4
- Dumbbell bench 3 sets of 4
- Upright rows 4 set of 5
- Triceps rope 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off/ 3 sets
- Biceps rope 30 seconds on 30 seconds off/ 3 sets.
- 12-18 hundreds
